To provide a technical lead to maintain, review and develop existing systems, processes and tools which support the company`s existing product suite. Working as technical lead within a mixed team of staff with a wide range of technical skills.The resource will provide a high level of VB and HTML expertise, especially in the development of applications to support high volume publishing and solutions for presentation and publishing of new products. Mandatory skills VB6, Object Orientation, DAO*ADO, VBA, OLE office Automation, SQL, ACCESS. HTML, DHTML, FTP, JavaScript, DOM, XML, CSS.PSP, Photoshop, Fireworks or similar.Content Management or ECM.Windows API (Messaging, Process Control, WSA functions). Mandatory Skills (non-technical)
Proven ability as an extremely strong problem-solver and provider of creative solutions, translating business and design objectives into solutions.
Demonstrate capability of full life cycle design and development (also in a RAD environment), experience on multiple, co-dependant projects, ideally within a government environment, ability to work in a large team with diverse skills and knowledge requiring good communication skills to be able to facilitate technical and business meetings, undertake skills transfer and mentoring of staff.Have proven deliveries within both formal and less structured environments.Ability to manage work assignments to meet deadlines under an aggressive schedule.
